Agile Analytics, LLC is a woman-owned research and evaluation firm (HUB certified) located in Austin, Texas. We specialize in quantitative analysis, though we advocate using mixed methods designs when possible. Our areas of expertise are statistics, data analysis, and program evaluation.

Non-profits now have access to more data than ever. We know that you want to use data to drive improvement, but that it often feels overwhelming. There's so much to comb through that finding what is actually relevant to the results that you care about is an enormous challenge. We've got over a decade of experience with extracting critical insights from all sorts of data. We are particularly skilled at working with educational data.

Hi, I'm Andrea, the founder of Agile Analytics. I came to the world of evaluation after finishing my Ph.D. at the University of Texas (Hook 'Em!) and discovering that I wanted to follow an alternative path to academia. I was lucky to find my passion - applied research using sophisticated statistical methods that help non-profits know where they are making an impact. My job is a dream come true. I work with the best clients and an amazing team; together we investigate issues, challenge assumptions, and make small changes for big improvements.

Agile Analytics is based in Austin, Texas, but we work with clients throughout the United States. (We do have a special love for Central Texas based non-profits, though.)

We don't:

Believe that the story of your program can be boiled down to the percentage of students who meet standardized test achievement thresholds, college completion rates, or grade improvements. There is so much more going on and we always want to acknowledge that.
Think a long, technical report is what your organization really needs to more forward. Shorter and more conversational means that the findings may get into the hands of the people on the ground - and be used for real change.
Work with organizations that are doing evaluations only for compliance reasons or to . If your organization doesn't want to dig in and find areas to improve, we're not the organization for you.
